To Run a Traceroute on a PC with Windows XP, click on the Start Menu. Then click on Run.

This will bring up a new menu. Type in cmd and then click on OK.

For Vista users it's slightly different. There is a search box at the bottom of the menu that pops up when you click the big Windows icon (lower left). Type in cmd. The hit Enter.

You will then get a command prompt. Type in tracert upload.smugmug.com and hit Enter. Wait for those results to finish then copy them for us.

You won't be able to click and drag to highlight the results. So, locate the little c: symbol located in the top left corner. If you click on that, it will bring up a new menu to use. Choose Edit then Select All. That will highlight the results.

Do the same thing, but this time, choose copy. Then paste that in an email and send that to one of our Support Heroes That will help us see if and where any problems may be.
