Go to Broadband Reports Line Quality Page.

It's a free test, but you do have to do have register, sorry!

No need to pay, just click the "create free account now" button.

Pick a login name, a password, and enter your email address. Click "Sign me up + Login"

OK now go back to the line quality test page and click "Join Queue"

Your test could take a few minutes to complete.

Your test is done when you see the word "more" and you can click on it.

Click on it!

On your test results page - look in the "loss" column.

You can ignore the first row, but if you have anything higher than 1% loss in any other row, there is a problem with your Internet connection. Please contact your Internet Service Provider. Basically, when you try to add photos to SmugMug, some of the information is getting "lost" before it gets here.
