on Mar 09Kinda wish the ear was included... but, man, I wish I could get my cat to sit still for a second when there's a camera around. Your title was purrrfect!

on Mar 09There were quite a few animal eyes this round, so none of them really grabbed me. The nose did seem sharper than the eye.

on Mar 08Thanks for the comments. I agree with the framing on this shot, I really am bothered by the missing ear as well. Unfortunately, as the light was fading near the end of the challenge I found that I had a few adequate shots of cat's eyes and a few shots that were well framed. Sadly, I didn't have them together in any frames. I also had two cranky cats who were not going to hang around while "mom" pointed that clicky thing at them any more. I decided to go with what I had, even though it looks as if my cat has suffered a tragic accident. Better luck next time I hope. And I do really appreciate the comments. I hope to learn to be a better photographer through these challenges and honest assessment helps.

on Mar 07Nice detail in the eye. While I don't mind the whiskers being clipped at the bottom, the crop on his/her ear is a bit distracting to me.
