On your test results page - look in the "loss" column.
You can ignore the first row, but if you have anything higher than 1% loss in any other row, there is a problem with your Internet connection. Please contact your Internet Service Provider. Basically, when you try to add photos to SmugMug, some of the information is getting "lost" before it gets here.
